I'm a very analytical person, I like details and getting "In the weeds" on things, but when I was buying my first house, I knew nothing about the process/market/terminology/etc. I was young, alone, and didn't know what I was doing, but Dani always took me seriously, was patient, and busted her butt getting me everything I needed to feel comfortable. I couldn't decide between a condo or house, she took me to great examples of both that met all my qualifications. My parents came to town and wanted to see some too; she took us all out again. I'd ask about possible mortgage payments, and she'd get someone on her team to draw up a tailored draft/sample of what to expect and have it in my inbox the next morning.
